inner myths

we shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started
and know the place for the first time.

inner myths is a guided self-inquiry, rooted in joseph campbell’s idea of the monomyth—the universal arc through which an individual leaves the known, descends into the unknown, and returns transformed.

this workshop invites participants to explore their own internal mythologies: not the stories they tell others, but the deeper, often hidden patterns that shape how they live, choose, and imagine.

through symbolic prompts, and free association, the process opens a space for the self to speak without performance. this is not about narrative construction—it is about resonance. it is about learning to ask the kind of questions that reveal the myth beneath the memory.

to help integrate what emerges in this symbolic field, arda offers one-on-one sessions in signature cell healing—a multidimensional modality rooted in the understanding that each human being carries a perfect energetic blueprint, stored in the signature cell located in the pineal gland.

this practice does not intervene or diagnose; instead, it creates conditions for the system to remember its original coherence.

working through breath, silence, and subtle energetic attunement, the session supports clarity in four bodies: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

while the workshop gives voice to the myth, signature cell healing helps the participant embody it—making it not just visible, but livable. together, these two forms offer a bridge between symbolic insight and integration, between the story you remember and the essence waiting to be remembered.
